General Motors spend $ 100 million for mass production of Cars self-driving


General Motors is one of the many companies specialized in the automotive industry that work on self-driving cars so that they recognize the role that self-driving cars are the future. The company has spent more than a year to create self-driving cars test to experience the technology of autonomous driving, has announced the company is now it will create copies of the self-driving car GM Cruise AV in the assembly plant Orion Township police in Michigan, USA. Will be assembling the modular ceiling of this car factory in Brownstown.

And General Motors sell cars GM Cruise AV IN next year. The company says that the GM Cruise AV is the first car ready for production will be fully capable of driving itself without the need of any driver or the steering wheel or hand controls.

Will the Company General motor upgrade its facilities in the interests of Orion Township and Brownstown for the production of GM Cruise AV, the company has announced that it will invest 100 million USD for this purpose. Has already started the production unit to the roof, while expected to arrive the fourth generation of the model GM Cruise AV to the production line in 2019.

Featuring a modular ceiling is of particular importance because they contain a lot of special equipment required to operate self-driving cars such as LIDAR, cameras, sensors, and the rest of the other ingredients. Will be assembling all this in a special production line in the factory.
