How to disable message forwarding
According to Google developers, private mode prevents unwanted dissemination of private correspondence to third parties, protecting the message from forwarding. However, nothing prevents the recipient to take a screenshot of the message and send it to strangers already.
How to send a private message in Gmail
To send a confidential letter, press the key “Write”, go to the message context menu by clicking the three vertical dots in the upper right corner and choose “Privacy mode”, then configure the settings and press “Save”.
