Google announced today that it has added some new AR experiences to its much-loved Arts & Culture application, and the company has made clear that these models are part of a group of exhibits that have been added to the application in cooperation with the Natural History Museum in London and the Darwin State Museum in Moscow. And in cooperation with other institutions.
For his part, Google has not published a list of new augmented reality models, so it may be combined with old models, however, you will see these models by simply opening the application and clicking on the “New Day” tab, and you are not limited to old animals, as the application will also be available to you. Stand inside the belly of a blue whale, watch the Apollo 11 command unit, stare at ancient artifacts, explore artworks, and even step inside buildings for a purely architectural experience.
Finally, you can explore these samples from now on your couch, and you will not need any update to see them, however, it is recommended to download the latest version of the Google Arts & Culture app if available.
