The application crashes happen on all devices, regardless of platform, however it is considered that due to the abundance of variables that should be considered developers, on Android this happens often. To find out the reasons for such departures BY the creators put together reports that, according to Google may violate the privacy of users.
Despite the fact that the crash reports in application performance, as a rule, do not contain personal information, Google requires developers to disclose to users what data is included in reports. This should give users a sense of security information about your private life.
“Your application collects user data through the reports on the causes of failure and must comply with the Google policy on disclosure of information. In order to avoid removal from Google Play, you need to add [in application] notice of information contained in the reports, and request permission for the provision”, — a letter of such content received by some developers.
Very weird that Google have suddenly revised their rules of publishing content in Google Play. Perhaps this was preceded by a series of complaints about unauthorized data collection, which, in the opinion of the users should be kept away from developers. Let’s hope the new requirement will go Google apps from the official catalog only benefit.
