Nokia radically updated proprietary camera app for Android with native support for several new modes. The representatives of the company announced during an official event which took place this morning.
The updated app is different from the previous minimalist interface, which began to resemble the one in iOS. An obvious similarity is reinforced by the large shutter key placed in the middle of the black area control shutter, and switch to swipe to the right and left modes.
How to search the Internet for images
In addition to the updated camera UI, the app received the support service Google Stills to turn a short video into a funny animation, as well as to recognize objects in the scene and to search the Internet.
According to representatives of the manufacturer, the updated app will become available on all Nokia smartphones with the release of Android 9.0 Pie. And since HMD Global, which owns the rights to the Nokia brand, has promised to upgrade to the latest version of the OS their devices, it means that no one will be deprived.
