Galaxy S9 Galaxy S9+ are the latest smart phones from Samsung and received positive reviews to a great extent, especially when it comes to screen infinity brilliant. But it seems that some version of the phones suffer from the problem of the “Dead zone” on the screen, where some parts of the screen not respond to touch.
According to the observations of users on the platform Reddit, it seems that the problem is more common on the Galaxy S9+. As shown in the animated picture below, looks like the Dead zone around the letters ‘E’ and ‘R’ and ‘T’ on the keyboard.
Noted by other users of dead zones in the box top, which prevents them from access to the Notification Center easily.
And still Samsung has not issued an official response to these reports, except that one of the users pointed out that the company asked them to replace the phones with new ones while the process of factory reset was useful to fix the problem for some users.
