Swedish construction company Trivselhus decided to translate into reality the concept of “smart” houses, widely represented in films about the future. For this the developer has entered into an agreement with Apple, which has pledged to help builders in the construction of residential houses in the British city of Milton Keyes, equipped with devices that support HomeKit.
Unlike standard housing, wiser after the fact by equipping “smart” appliances, the complex Sommar Place initially with the features of HomeKit. It allows you to consider many factors, giving intelligence of all of the lock on the front door to the heaters and audio system in the living room.
For maximum convenience of the tenants of each house in Sommar Place is equipped with absolutely new iPad, iPod Touch, Apple Watch Series 3 with cellular networking, Apple TV and HomePod. A wide range of Apple devices allows you to control “smart” house, being in any part of it and even beyond it.

The whole house is controlled from the application’s “Home”, which is installed on all Apple devices. On the desktop you can see all the smart devices that can be controlled remotely or using Siri. For example, you can ask the assistant to add the temperature in the house, saying that you are cold or to open the blinds, wishing her a good day. The cost of a three-storey building in the complex Sommap Place is 450 000 pounds.
