The site Phone Arena by taking some of three video samples are separate period of 30 seconds using the Galaxy S20 Ultra, starting from the accuracy of 8K to 4K and then finally to the Full HD. The phone has been installed over the tripod and not move it in any way at all, and this is even not the impact on the area.
I know of
It is worth mentioning that the Galaxy S20 Ultra says to capture video accurately 8K format video HEVC (aka H. 265), although it provides pressure and more space, but it may face some problems if you want to use the footage in some applications later.
Now, what are the results?

The accuracy of the Full HD 1080 at 30 fps (H. 264) with an area of 52.2 MB
4K UHD at 30 fps (H. 264) with area 138.68 MB
The accuracy of 8K UHD at 24 fps (H. 265) with area 302.287 MB
A sample video of a minute and 30 seconds
