EA in conjunction with UEFA has announced the launch of the eSports Champions League tournament on FIFA 19, with a prize Fund of $280000.
eChampions League is a new tournament in the EA Sports Global Series. The finale of this global series will be FIFA eWorld Cup 2019, which is scheduled for next summer.
eChampions League will be held in three stages. The first is the open qualifiers, it will be held March 2-3 2019. Players will fight on the PlayStation 4 with each other, and the best 64 players will go to the qualifying tournament, which will be held April 26-27.
The best 8 players of the April live tournaments will be released in the final stage eChampions League, which will be held in Madrid on 31 may, the day before the final of the UEFA Champions League. The winner of the tournament will win $100,000, the total prize Fund is $280000.
